www.spaboutique.ca Exfoliating is an easy step that should be in every skin care routine. It gets rid of the build up of dead skin cells. It can help to improve acne, get rid of flaky skin and even out the skin tone. 1)Sensitive Skin should exfoliate 1-2 times a week. Normal to oily should do it 2-3 2) Let them exfoliant do the work. Using more or pressing harder will not make it work better. You don't want to irritate the skin OR go through product too fast. 3) Exfoliate after cleansing. You can do it in the morning or at night, whichever you prefer. 4) Always follow with a moisturizer. This keeps the skin balanced. The act of exfoliating is usually a bit drying. People who are prone to acne need to moisturize too. Use an oil free one to balance out the oil production in the skin. Mechanical: Scrubby beads. Find ones that are spherical. Stay away from crushed nuts or pits (yes that apricot scrub smells lovely but it's actually making little cuts in your skin) Gommage: Not for sensitive skin. Apply a thin layer to the skin, let it get tacky or dry. Hold the skin tight and then rub the product off in small circular motions. Follow with a toner and moisturizer. Enzymatic: These are left on the skin. The enzymes from pineapple (bromelain) or papaya (papain) will loosen the dead skin cells, making them easy to wash away. AHA: Acids derived from fruits, these are extremely effective at clearing, brightening and exfoliating the skin. They do cause sun sensitivity though, so ...

When you get down to altering your images it is important to work out the differences between certain tools. In this video we shall tackle the differences between the "Clone Stamp" and the "Healing Brush". Sometimes it is quite difficult to choose the correct one of them. So I work on the following attitude: If you want to completely overwrite the image use the STAMP tool, if you want to blend in use the BRUSH tool. Another way which is much more out there is to consider the Clone stamp as a Sergeant Major barking orders and will move mountains to get the job done, the problem with that is you tend to leave quite a bit of carnage where he has been! Whereas, the Healing brush is more like a mediator, takes both sides of the argument and finds middle ground. Depending on your scenario will depend on which tool to use. So watching this video should give you a better insight into how these tools differ! This is one of many videos which can be seen at PCTeach.me. Come join the gang!

BELOW ARE FACIAL PRODUCT RECOMMENDATIONS FOR ALL SKIN TYPES. The video demonstrates how to properly remove makeup and cleanse your face before preparing for bed. Please RATE & COMMENT ~ Stay BEaUtiful CLEANSE: Suggestions: Purpose, Obagi Clenziderm MD Daily Care Foaming Cleanser, Aveeno, Olay products, Cetaphil, Philosophy, The Body Shop Aloe Calming Facial Cleanser, Clean & Clear Foaming Facial Cleanser -AVOID cleansers with ingredients such as: alcohols, harsh detergents, fragrance, mineral oils, soap, menthol, SLS just to name a few -Dry or Sensitive skin: Use cleansers that are basic and gentle and contain: glycerin & hyaluronic acids (humectants that draw water to the skin), lactic acid, jojoba oil, almond seed oil. -Acne prone and Oily skin: Do not equate tingle with deeper clean. These extra ingredients may feel good, but may cause more harm than good in the long run. DO NOT use products that are drying to your skin...instead use a mild cleanser to calm the skin, restore the skin's pH and barrier and use moisturizers and or spot treatments that contain ingredients for corrective issues. EXFOLIATE: Suggestions: (Chemical): Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant or Gentle Cream Exfoliant, peel (but consult with doctor prior to use). Also look for products with these ingredients: salicylic acid for acne prone/oily, retinoids, glycolic acid, lactic acid, tartaric acid (all in low concentrations between 2%-4%...to avoid irritation...unless under licensed professional's care ...

So with the basics of cloning and the healing brush discussed in a previous video. Its time to raise the bar. This video deals with how you can control the many aspects of the clone tool. In the example provided here it will tell you about how to use the cloning tool with a reversed image...if it doesn't make sense I don't blame you! It was quite odd for me too when I first started but BOY! i would be lost without it now. This video will explain some of the important aspects of using the cloning brush far more affectivly that just the default settings. So sit back and watch this as I am pretty sure as soon as you have seen this video you will be running to photoshop and having a go yourself. Using these tools will make you stand out from the crowd! This is one of many videos which can be seen at PCTeach.me. Come join the gang!
