This is a comparison video showing how both eyeliners work. Honestly I will never buy a UD pencil again after discovering the Milani eyeliner!! It goes on so smooth NO tugging NO skipping it is everything that I wanted the UD one to be and it isn't. This liner sells is most drugstore for $5.99. I am telling you just try this liner you will NOT regret it! It says on my water line better then ANY liner ever has and stays everywhere else just as well. One big thing that I dis-liked about the 24-7 liner was that it was so hyped up to be the "best black" eyeliner and it didn't even come on black!
